Based on interviews with the client, analyses of the company and its business and the development of a profile of the ideal candidate, Duvaker International confidentially but actively searches for potential candidates. This is done primarily by searching in our network and own candidates data base. After in depth interviews with candidates, and references, the most suitable candidates will be presented to the client. Our assignment is completed only when the successful candidate has been offered the job and accepted it.
